Launch the public-facing brand site. Position the protocol, explain intent execution to non-protocol engineers, and ship in two weeks.
What we built
- Positioning worked out from voice notes into one paragraph the team agreed on
- Hero, problem framing, architecture diagram, operator section, and FAQ
- Copy iterated in two passes; design and code shipped from the same chat
- Dark technical aesthetic with type-led hierarchy
- Mobile-first responsive layout, deployed to Vercel

Launched in 9 working days. Now serves all protocol documentation and operator traffic.
