Plain-English terms for using Ooih. Not a replacement for a negotiated enterprise contract — if you need custom terms, message us.
The service
Ooih is a chat-native AI teammate. You describe work in Telegram (group chat or DM) and Ooih executes it — code, content, research, automations, infrastructure tasks, and so on. Capability depends on the plan and integrations you configure.
Your responsibilities
Use Ooih for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to extract other clients' data, bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to. You are responsible for the integrations you connect and the credentials you share.
Pricing and payment
Standard pricing is $60/person/month for both Solo and Team plans (other plans are listed on /pricing). Fees are billed in advance. Usage-based overages do not apply on the flat plan. Custom enterprise pricing is negotiated separately.
Termination
Either side can terminate with 30 days' notice. You can stop usage at any time by asking us to disable your project; we pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of prepaid fees. On termination, your project data is deleted within 30 days unless you ask for an archive.
Availability and limitations
We aim for reliable uptime but do not promise a specific SLA on the Starter plan. We will not use Ooih on work that is clearly illegal, reckless, or outside its capability — if a task is beyond what Ooih can verify, we flag it rather than guess.
Liability
We are liable for our direct actions. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party integration failures beyond our control. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which we contract with you. Disputes are resolved in good-faith direct conversation before any formal process.
