Privacy policy
Plain-English summary of what data Ooih handles, how we store it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
If you message us on Telegram or submit a form, we collect your Telegram handle, name (if provided), and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also store the documents, chats, and integration tokens you share with us so Ooih can do the work. We use Plausible for analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-less service that records anonymous page views and outbound link clicks. No third-party trackers, no Google Analytics, no fingerprinting.
How we store it
Client data is scoped per project and isolated — we do not mix context between clients. Integration tokens (Google Workspace, GitHub, etc.) are encrypted at rest and used only for tasks you ask Ooih to perform. Nothing about your business is used to train shared models.
How long we keep it
Project data is retained while our engagement is active. On termination, we delete your project data within 30 days unless you ask us to keep an archive. Anonymous analytics are retained for 12 months.
Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent regimes you can ask for: a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, and export in a portable format. We honour these requests within 30 days. You can also withdraw consent at any time by telling us to stop processing your data — we will do so immediately.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except payment processors and infrastructure providers that are bound by equivalent privacy terms. We do not use your business content to train AI models for other customers.
