The brief
Take the idea I just voice-noted and turn it into a working Blender plugin. Handle the Gumroad listing, marketplace assets, the dashboard, and version updates.

- Six successive plugin versions, each scoped from a single chat message

- 15 critical bug fixes from user reports caught in the same chat
- Gumroad and Blender Market listings — images, copy, video previews
- GitHub repo with CI for every release
Outcome
Six versions shipped, listings live on Gumroad and Blender Market, real revenue from a solo studio.
